The Clover Glacier is a glacier in the Waitaha / Canterbury region of the Te Waipounamu / South Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Named because its shape resembles that of a clover leaf. The name was suggested by JC Pattle and submitted by DL Parr, Canterbury Mountaineering Club, in April 1953.
