The Te Puoho Glacier is a glacier in the Murihiku / Southland region of the Te Waipounamu / South Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.

It has a latitude of -44.669057 and a longitude of  168.050662 and it’s status is: Official Assigned.

Glacier in Central Darran Mountains under Karetai Peak and Mount Te Wera, above Chasm Creek.; Dr L. Stewart named the lake in 1937 after the famous Ngati Tama fighting chief who led a war party down the West Coast in 1836, crossed the mountains into Otago and was killed by Ngai Tahu at Tuturau.
