The Farrar Glacier is a glacier in the Te Tai Poutini / West Coast region of the Te Waipounamu / South Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.

It has a latitude of -43.314908 and a longitude of  170.633716 and it’s status is: Official Assigned.

Name submitted by Alwyn Chinn to confirm names for a Map of Main Divide between Arthurs Pass and Mount Cook National Parks published with the NZAC Journal. The name was in current use and shown on a sketch map of the Adams and Wilburg Range by GR Howitt.

It’s geographical description is noted as: Glacier flowing westwards from Mount Farrar, below the Devils Backbone, to meet with the Barlow Glacier. Tyndall Survey District.
