The Cascade Glacier is a glacier in the Waitaha / Canterbury region of the Te Waipounamu / South Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.

It has a latitude of -43.576944 and a longitude of  170.311361 and it’s status is: Unofficial Recorded.

Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park, Mt Malte Brun. Named by A.P. Harper and Guy Mannering because of the snow avalanches that cascaded over the cliffs below the glacier. This was the name they gave to the present Baker Glacier. Source: Reed, A.W. & Peter Dowling, Place Names of New Zealand, 2010.
