The Tuwharetoa Glacier is a glacier in the Manawatū-Whanganui / Manawatū-Whanganui region of the Te Ika-a-Māui / North Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.

It has a latitude of -39.277166 and a longitude of  175.560438 and it’s status is: Official Assigned.

Named after Tuwharetoa Māori Trust and tribe involved with Tongariro National Park throughout its history. Not named on current mapping.

It’s geographical description is noted as: 19 hectare glacier with a 40-50m ice cliff above crater lake, flowing south east off Paratetaitonga, Mt Ruapehu.
